Internship under a Top MNC AI Engineer - Career Direction

Orientation Day!!

Within 24 working hours, Career Direction Team will connect with selected individuals via WhatsApp and form groups accordingly

Offer Letter: Students are required to complete the Google Form so that Career Direction can initiate the process of preparing their  Offer Letters

Initial Meeting: An initial meeting will be conducted by Career Direction to organize teams based on their domains and areas of interest 

Connect with Mentor!!

Students who have received the Offer Letter will be connected to an AI Engineer (Mentor) based on their convenient meeting time.

Project Allocation : Each group or team will be assigned a project, and project details will be discussed by the Mentor or Project Authority.

Team Coordination:  Teams will be asked to join the official Slack channel, and SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and Coordinators will be nominated accordingly.

Responsibilities

All groups or individuals are expected to adhere to their assigned roles and responsibilities throughout the internship.

SPOC with Team: The SPOC, along with the team, must prepare a Project Plan and Preparation Index outlining the project flow and deliverables.

SPOC Responsibilities: The SPOC is required to update the project status daily before 6:00 PM to ensure proper tracking and coordination

Communication Policy

All team communication must happen only on Slack — not via mobiles or social media. Any violations will be reported and removed. Meetings must be through an official invite.

Project Presentation

Preparing a PPT is optional, but submitting a Project PDF document is mandatory.

Level 2: Group presentations will be evaluated by the Mentor.

To receive the Internship Completion Certificate, the following are mandatory:
